CANCELLATION

We do not entertain cancellation after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer.

Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term

We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment any time before dispatch due to non-availability of product or otherwise.

RETURN AND REFUND

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we vouch for all the products sold on our website. However, if there is any inadvertent error on our end, we will accept return, refund & cancellation under the following circumstances:

 –       If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us within 24 hours via email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. The product must be unopened & unused, and returned along with the original packaging.

–       If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours vide email, so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced or returned.

 –       In case of returns due to damaged/defective product, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for sending back the product. We can also replace the product at no extra cost, if you wish.

 –       For returns and refunds, please provide us with proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture and sending it to contact@academy.robeensmediashop.com 

–        No refund will be issued without proof.
